| Sending
Flowers or Other Gifts |

From the product category pages above,
select the specific item you want to
purchase by clicking on the image of that
product, or on the text underneath it. This
will take you to the specific page for that
product. Then just click on "Add to Cart"
and the item will be added to your shopping
cart. We even provide a box next to each
item where you can type the
recipient's name, the destination
address for your gift, the phone number of
the recipient, and any message you would
like to send along with
your gift.
Be sure to also choose the size of the item
you want to purchase, where appropriate,
before you proceed to "Checkout".
Don't worry! If you make a mistake, the
contents of your cart can be viewed and/or
modified at any time by clicking on "View
Cart/Checkout". Press the "Continue
Shopping" button to go back to the product
page you came from.
Then, when you have placed all of the items
you want to purchase into your cart, select
a payment method and click on the "Check
Out" button. The total cost of your order
will be automatically calculated for you,
including sales tax if appropriate. You will
then be taken to a page where you can
provide customer information and make your
payment.
Providing a recipient
name and valid phone number for the
recipient will expedite delivery of your
order!
Please allow 4 to 6 days for delivery. We
do not provide guaranteed delivery on
specific dates.
Delivery policy
Delivery may not occur due to:
a) The recipient (wrong or incomplete
address or telephone number provided, wrong
delivery time, inability to contact the
recipient to make delivery arrangements,
etc).
b) The sender (no
recipient name provided, wrong or incomplete
address or telephone number provided).
c) The fault of our delivery service. In
this case we carry full responsibility for
the work of our delivery network (which
includes more than 500 flower shops and
stores), but our responsibility will not exceed
the amount of your
original order. Usually we offer
you the option of either canceling your
order and receiving a refund, or delivery of
the order as soon as possible at our
expense.
We always try to contact the recipient
before attempting a delivery to make sure
that he/she is there to accept the order. We
do it either by telephone, or by sending a
telegram or leaving a note in the door, if
the phone number is missing or unavailable.
Exceptions are possible if a customer
requests the order to be delivered without
contacting the recipient first. In case when
the recipient is not home at the moment of
delivery after having arranged the time of
delivery with us or if the customer has
requested delivery without a prior notice,
we have a right to do one of the following:
a) leave the flowers at the neighbors
b) leave a note in the recipient's door
asking him\her to call us back and arrange
the time of delivery.
In both cases we do not carry any further
responsibility for the time of delivery and
quality of the flowers.
Delivery on holidays and days before
holidays:
Please place your orders well beforehand if
they are for major holidays. We cannot
guarantee speedy delivery during the
following holidays: Christmas, New Year,
Orthodox Christmas, St. Valentine's Day, the
8th of March, Easter. Recommended time is at
least 3-4 business days in advance for these
holidays.
Refund policy:
If an order is cancelled before any delivery
is attempted, or delivery is deemed by our
agent to be impossible, due to a wrong or
incomplete recipient address or telephone
number, you will receive a full refund of
the cost of your order, minus a $5
refund-processing fee.
If delivery was attempted:
a) Without prior notice (upon customer's
request) and the address turned out to be
wrong or no one was there to accept the
order;
b) After having agreed on the time with the
recipient but at the requested time he/she
was not there to accept the order;
We will issue the refund for the amount of
$25 only (the delivery fee) because the
flowers/products have already been
purchased.
In rare cases when a requested item is not
currently available for delivery in a
particular destination city, an item of
comparable content, quality, and price will
be substituted.
All prices are subject to change without
prior notice.
